In-Person Hearing Procedures
An in-person public comment hearing to receive comments from the public on the Tracy Solar facility and the Office of Renewable Energy Siting’s draft permit will be held at the Clayton Opera House, 403 Riverside Drive, Clayton, NY 13624 on October 12, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.
All persons, organizations, corporations, or government agencies who may be affected by the facility are invited to attend the hearing. It is recommended that lengthy comments to be submitted in writing and summarized for oral presentation. Equal weight will be given to both oral and written comments. To ensure that all interested persons have an opportunity to speak, the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) may limit the time available for oral comments to 3 minutes per person. The public comment hearing will be transcribed for inclusion in the administrative record.
Interpreter services shall be made available to deaf persons, and English language translator, services shall also be made available, at no charge for either service, upon written request to Chief ALJ James T. McClymonds, New York State Office of Renewable Energy Siting, c/o OGS Mailroom, Empire State Plaza, P-1 South, J Dock, Albany, NY 12242, email: [email protected]. All requests must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. on October 5, 2022.
