Virtual Oral Argument Procedures
AES Clean Energy Development, LLC, has filed a request for a declaratory ruling from the Executive Director of the Office of Renewable Energy Siting (ORES) whether the proposed repowering of the Bliss and Wethersfield Windparks in Wyoming County, the Altona, Clinton, and Ellenburg Windparks in Clinton County, and the Chateaugay Windpark in Franklin County (collectively, the Windparks), require review and approval by ORES pursuant to Executive Law § 94-c. Oral argument on the request will be held before Chief Administrative Law Judge James T. McClymonds on the Webex virtual meeting platform on November 22, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. All persons, organizations, corporations, or government agencies who may be affected by the request are invited to attend the oral argument by using the methods below.
